I wouldn't recommend taking anything of value here. I took a rug to be cleaned after it had been soiled by the dog. I was apprehensive to give them the job but they reassured me it was fine.

I got the rug back with so many pulls, the rug had a completely different look. When I called to question the pulls before payment, I was told that it was out of their control, that the machine they put it through had caused them. I was told they can't predict there might be pulls. Despite them cleaning rugs often and advertising as much, I was not given any heads up prior to cleaning. When I was told they could fix it, they cut the pulls, effectively cutting pieces out of the rug. They didn't call prior to cutting the rug to give me the option.

At no point did I sign a waiver or disclaimer, it was just assumed I would know the risks.

Very poor communication. None of the staff can answer, they have to speak to the owner. I overheard the owner in the background of one phone call trying to avoid having a conversation with me. Disappointed as I would've liked to be kept in the loop if things would go south.

I have used Truclean more than once and ea h time, I’ve been happy with their standard and also of the service they offer.  They are also reasonably priced.  I have found them to be the best in the Booragoon/ Winthrop/Kardinya/ Myaree area.

Whatever you do, don't take your wool quilt to be dry cleaned here unless you want it to stink like solvent for days. Regret coming here, they've ruined my expensive quilt.

The worst experience. Dropped off my dress to have a stain removed and I picked it up and the top half was all falling apart and I was told to have it fixed out of my own money! I don’t even know if my dress will be the same after this. They did not tell me that this could happen before I agreed to have the stain removed, and claimed that it happens all the time to “wedding dresses”. My dress was an expensive dress from a good label and had been dry cleaned before where this did not happen. Extremely disappointed and so angry!!! I am just lucky my event was not for immediately after pickup!!!

We only need drycleaning once a year, but we always use Dezzy's. They do a lovely job and we always feel comfortable leaving our special clothes with them.
